Founders About | Founders | Leadership | Acclaims | Community Partners Driven by their personal convictions, dreams, beliefs and talents; founders Cynthia Jones and Traci Sanders partnered to share their God-given talents and founded Women Identity Purpose (WIP). Given Cynthia and Traci's passion for purpose and their mutual belief that everyone is created with unique gifts and talents, together they created WIP. A non-profit women empowering organization designed for the working poor mother who desires to "Live to make a difference!", but requires additional resources to do so. As a result of birthing Women Identity Purpose, Cynthia and Traci are realizing their life-long desire to give back to those thirsty for guidance, support and motivation. Both were raised by single working mothers who wanted to provide the very best for their children. However, due to a lack of financial funding for higher education, a support network or career guidance, their mothers were unable to realize their full potential and provide the desired environments for their children. Although various programs existed for single mothers who were unemployed, their working class mothers didn't qualify for the available resources. Determined to obtain the necessary resources for aiding other working poor mothers in their communities, Cynthia and Traci decided to utilize their own networking gifts to convince others to assist. Hence, they believe that their organization's goal of providing financial awards, mentoring, and information sharing will only improve the economic stability of the single working mothers who desire enhanced lifestyles for their families. © Copyright 2008 WIP OrganizationP.O.
